Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be returned within 10 DAYS of delivery
Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Include original packaging and accessories
Not show signs of damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used press-on nail sets
Customized or personalized items
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Hygiene-sensitive products

Return Process

To request a return:

Include your:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, return instructions will be provided

Please do not send items back without approval.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for a flat return shipping fee of $8.99 CAD per return unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 DAYS
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
